Refunds
Your registration is non-refundable once purchased. Cancellations of your travel and/or hotel reservations are your own responsibility. Please note, that if you can’t attend for any reason you are responsible to cancel your room and flights.
Transferring Your Registration
We’re happy for you to transfer your registration to someone else, but you must let us know as soon as possible. Unless there are very good reasons, we cannot accept transfer of registration after 25th February 2019.
If you require a transferral of your registration, please contact us right away so that we can help, and keep our registrations up to date.
Photography, Video and Feedback
Once you register, you automatically give us your permission to use any photography or video taken on the day. We also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material, fully credited of course.
Code of Conduct
Note that by attending any of our events, you are agreeing to our code of conduct.
Speakers and Schedule
Although we make every effort to adhere to the event schedule, circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. All speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
The organiser can change the date of the event or cancel the event due to low numbers of registrations. If the event is cancelled any registered attendee gets back the full entrance fee.
Any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, cannot be paid by Frontend NE ltd and are your responsibility.
